Ferry Booking & Ticketing Software

One booking, from the first request to the crossing.

Keep a booking connected to the passenger, selected sailing and the vehicle travelling with them. Use the same booking foundation for staff sales and your online shop.

Make choosing the crossing straightforward.

A clear journey starts with the departure, the travelling party and the ticket choice. Keep those decisions connected whether the booking comes through your website or your team.

Start with the crossing

Choose the departure date, origin and destination. Add a return journey where needed, then select the ticket quantities. The booking view keeps the times, vessel and available passenger places beside the chosen journey.

A return journey changes after purchase

A passenger has already booked the outward crossing but needs a later return. Start from the existing booking, identify the return leg and review the new sailing before making the change. Passenger quantities may stay the same while vehicle space, fare conditions and ticket details need another check. Keeping these decisions together gives the booking office a clear record to work from.

  • Identify the leg being changed
  • Review availability and the resulting fare
  • Check the updated ticket and payment position

Keep passenger and vehicle details together

A vehicle booking needs more than a ticket quantity. Capture the configured vehicle category and the relevant dimensions alongside the people travelling. Availability rules depend on the service setup; length-based vehicle checks and passenger places are separate in configured ferry setups.

Choose the right booking status

Staff need to distinguish a confirmed booking from a provisional reservation. Unconfirmed provisional reservations can be configured not to consume capacity. Agree that behaviour before using reservations as a way to hold places.

Connect the next steps

Issue the configured ticket or confirmation and make the booking available to the relevant sales and departure teams. Rehearse amendments, cancellations and return-trip changes with your own fare rules during setup.
