Ferry Booking & Ticketing Software

Car ferry software for passengers, vehicles and trailers.

Book the car and the people travelling with it in one clear journey. Travelmanager helps your team work through departure, vehicle details, tickets and availability without treating each part as a separate enquiry.

Know what is coming to the ramp.

A car with one driver, a van with four passengers and a car towing a trailer make different demands on the same crossing. Capture the relevant vehicle category and length inputs alongside passenger quantities, so the booking describes the traffic your terminal team will meet.

Select each sailing

Choose the outward and return departures. Availability must be suitable for the traffic carried on each leg.

Add people and the vehicle

Record passenger ticket quantities and the vehicle information required by your configured fare types. Include a trailer when it changes the length or fare.

Review changes before boarding

If a larger vehicle or an extra passenger arrives, review the affected booking inputs, availability and price before admission.

See passenger availability while choosing the crossing.

This actual Travelmanager booking view shows the selected outward and return sailings. The passenger figure 194/200 means 194 places available out of a total of 200. Vehicle-length checks are separate in configured ferry setups; this figure does not describe vehicle space.

Passenger places and vehicle length answer different questions.

A trailer changes the space requirement

Passenger numbers can stay the same while the booked vehicle combination becomes longer. Configured length-based checks use the applicable vehicle fare inputs, so an available passenger place is not proof that the vehicle fits.

The booking supports the loading process

Use the recorded traffic to prepare the terminal hand-off. Physical lane assignment, deck height, axle load and safe loading remain operational requirements; a booking-capacity check is not a visual stowage plan.
